Binance will offer trading services for US stocks and ETFs to non-US users and plans to launch its tokenized stock product, bStocks, in the coming weeks. The service supports payments using USDT, USDC, BNB, and some crypto assets, with a minimum purchase amount of $5.
Transaction services first
Binance states that users can trade over 7,000 US stocks and ETFs without commission. Stock trading is brokered by Nest Trading, while Alpaca handles custody, dividends, and corporate action processing.
bStocks will be on-chain
Binance also plans to convert eligible shares into on-chain assets and issue bStocks on the BNB Chain. The company sees this move as part of its expansion into a "multi-asset financial super app".
To a wider range of encryption use cases
This means that Binance is putting crypto payments, traditional securities trading, and on-chain asset representation into the same product framework, further expanding its financial services to retail users.
