Market and Trading Summary Is 613 the bottom? A summary of market and trading during this period, and expectations for the next stage. 1. Is 61300 the bottom? Today's 61300 is the most "bottom-like" point in this decline since 74000. This price level conforms to numerous patterns: ① A reversal structure with a long lower shadow on the 4-hour chart. ② A surge in trading volume on the 4-hour chart (similar to previous bottoms in the 63-60 range). ③ A 10% order book divergence of $250 million, comparable to previous bottoms. ④ Funding rates have finally turned negative, indicating a capitulation by the bulls. ⑤ The daily RSI is severely oversold; comparable RSI levels are only seen in August 2023 (818) and March 2020 (314). Based on these combined patterns, the probability of 61300 being the bottom is high. At the same time, we realize that the accelerated decline from 74000 was primarily due to Michael Saylor's first sale of Bitcoin, which triggered sales by other US DAT and institutions, as well as continuous large outflows from Bitcoin ETFs. These sell orders are difficult to capture using typical crypto market patterns and indicators. Therefore, I am not entirely confident that 61300 is the bottom. Before 2025, these indicators would have made it easy to judge, but today the difficulty has increased significantly. Nevertheless, even if June 13th wasn't the bottom, it's not far from it. 2. Market and Trading Summary During This Period Above 73,000 (i.e., until 8 AM on June 1st), it was reasonable to consider this decline as a correction. The accelerated decline after 8 AM on June 1st showed signs of a driving force. My mistake in not recognizing this turning point earlier was in this market movement. Although my judgment of the market in the latter half was incorrect, maintaining the logic of holding spot + futures contracts focusing on strong altcoins ultimately resulted in profits. This was mainly due to the fact that strong altcoins generally didn't follow the decline (NEAR, LIT, HYPE, INJ, WLD, etc.), and even rebounded quickly after each Bitcoin drop. This is also a unique aspect of this market movement. I believe this was due to institutions selling BTC regardless of cost, rather than altcoins, causing BTC to experience a "single drop," rather than a general loss in the crypto market caused by macroeconomic negatives. In other words, the fundamentals of the cryptocurrency market haven't deteriorated; only Bitcoin has been hammered. This situation is rare, and it's uncertain whether it will occur more frequently in the future. Having more cryptocurrencies not following the overall market trend is actually beneficial for our trading. It's regrettable that I missed out on some short-selling profits. I prefer and excel at going long, often thinking from a bullish perspective, which is also my limitation. 3. Market Expectations for the Next Stage This decline will eventually reach its end; it's currently uncertain whether 61300 has formed a bottom. If 61300 doesn't form a bottom, the price may fall below 60,000, potentially bottoming out between 60,000 and 57,000. Regardless of whether 61300 forms a bottom, I believe that after this decline ends, there will be a mechanical bounce, unlikely to exceed 74,000. The overall expectation is a replication of June-August 2022, meaning Bitcoin will only experience a weak rebound, but altcoins may outperform BTC. This expectation only takes effect after the bottom is reached. Before the bottom is reached, BTC may still drive altcoins downwards, and the decline in altcoins before bottoming out may be greater than that of Bitcoin. The true "bottom" won't appear until October of this year, therefore the end of this decline is not yet the lowest point of this bear market. Overall, the recent market conditions have indeed been painful, but we are gradually approaching the bottom. In the long term, we remain optimistic about crypto scams. My years at Helium have been fantastic, but I couldn't resist another migration-level challenge. Those who know me know I always have a knack for pushing the limits. Therefore, I'm joining the @DriftProtocol team to help them restart their project. Why? Because I genuinely believe Drift provides a valuable foundation of components for the ecosystem that deserves to be saved. This is also the best way to fund user recovery; we must build a product that's functional enough to generate the revenue needed for the recovery pool. This won't be easy. The situation has changed. Trust is crumbling. Truly valuable things are rarely easy, and this is no exception. I fully understand that in six months I might be applying to Wendy's. Everyone faces crossroads in their career, some easy, some difficult. I always chose the harder path; and it proved to be the right one. Not every attempt will succeed, but even failure greatly enhances your skills. My focus is on improving Drift's security, getting it back up and running, and ultimately making it the best trading platform for criminal suspects: First, this means working with STRIDE to ensure we follow best practices for multi-signature and operational security. I'm not working alone; @asymmetric_re and @osec_io have been incredibly helpful, and they've been deeply involved in reviewing new code and operational practices. Security doesn't come from individuals, but from cultivating a security culture and continuous validation by external professionals. Second, I'm undertaking a (within reasonable limits) complete overhaul of the codebase. Over the years, the codebase has accumulated a large amount of functionality, much of which is no longer needed. The protocol framework itself is robust, but tight coupling has led to accumulated technical debt, and this downtime will address these issues. Third, I want to build multi-layered security mechanisms and circuit breakers into the protocol. The structure of a DeFi protocol must limit the possibility of a single event or contagion causing severe disruption. I'll be approaching this from a defense-in-depth perspective; there should be multiple layers of protection to prevent events like the April 1st hack. Even if suspicious changes originate from running multi-signature software, the program should reject them. Finally, in the long run, I hope Drift will become the most attractive malicious trading platform on the market. I am very much looking forward to entering the malicious trading arena on Solana. I am honored to be able to compete with the top teams from all other groups (Phoenix, Bulk, GM, Imperial, Pacifica, etc.). As the saying goes, "The strong get stronger."

I've heard people say I'm the Chinese version of Serenity. The only thing Serenity and I have in common is our shared love of in-depth research; otherwise, we're completely different. For example, in the field of optical modules, Serenity prefers AAOI, while I prefer COHR. How to evaluate Serenity? We taught Claude Code how to create videos. It was all done in the terminal. Now we produce hundreds of ads a week, and nobody on our team has ever downloaded CapCut or any other video editing tool. To achieve this, we had to build a framework. Here's what it is: We built our video generation framework in layers: - Atomic skills—researching brands, generating product shots, music, voice-overs, splicing clips, adding captions, watching videos and commenting, etc. - Connecting these atoms into molecules of specific steps and templates. - "Operation guide" documentation for every video we've created so the agent doesn't have to start from scratch each time. - Learning from each video to improve the framework. While human involvement is still necessary, the need for humans is rapidly decreasing, especially for the video formats we've worked with before. We're still figuring out the optimal architecture for this system—there's still a lot of room for improvement, especially in the viewing and commenting sections. But the core functionality is already implemented. We are building a creative engine that produces hundreds of ads every week, with each video becoming increasingly refined. The combination of cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence is a match made in heaven. If you're in the cryptocurrency market and haven't yet leveraged AI to generate more profit, this should be a wake-up call. There are now many easy-to-set-up AI workflows that can deliver tremendous ROI. I just spoke with three close trader friends. Each of them relies on trading as their primary, and often only, source of income. My takeaways: 1. Most of us trade events that haven't yet been reflected in the market. We bet that we can catch the shift from mispriced to fair-priced prices early enough. Another strategy is to trade directly against traders who have proven to lose money. 2. Some of them are willing to try applying this advantage to other markets. This is simply because markets like ES, NQ, and OIL are now tradable on-chain. It will be interesting to see how native traders of BTC, ETH, etc., view this change. 3. Personally, I don't find the trades we're doing particularly exciting. Our trading strategies aren't about bottom-fishing or top-fishing, but rather about capturing most of the trend, whether on high-timeframes (HTF) or low-timeframes (LTF). Conceptually, these strategies are all quite similar. 4. We each have our own independent spot/investment strategies, but they only involve mainstream currency pairs: BTC, ETH, HYPE, SOL, and ES, NQ, etc. We do not speculate or rely on random altcoins. Our investments are primarily in mainstream currency pairs. 5. Considering volatility is a universal characteristic when judging whether a trading logic has failed. In short: if prices fluctuate wildly, your failure judgment should be adjusted accordingly based on the volatility multiple. 6. Selectivity is one of your greatest advantages. It allows you to persist longer in the game because you are less likely to make consecutive wrong, rapid decisions. We do not use the same trading logic three times in a row. 7. Always be aware that your advantage is diminishing/losing. The simplest way to deal with this is to always maintain a high degree of skepticism and be prepared to adjust at any time. No advantage is permanent. 8. A love for the game. Drawdowns, losing streaks, random downturns. Passion for what you do and a love for solving problems are what drive people to keep improving. While many are pessimistic about the current state of this industry, I have never stopped loving trading, nor have I stopped progressing together with others. I strongly encourage you to find like-minded people in this field and work together. You might find some like-minded individuals below this article.

Capital B (stock code: ALCPB, formerly The Blockchain Group, listed on Euronext Paris's GEM board), a French-listed Bitcoin treasury company, has initiated shareholder voting for its upcoming general meeting, scheduled for June 17, 2026. American taxpayers deserve answers: Former Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud arrested for allegedly misappropriating over $155 million from US, UK, and EU taxpayers. My investigation has exposed a fraudulent scheme involving over $155 million of African Development Bank funds in Somalia (SoDMA)—including $76 million for road construction, $24 million for water supply, $20 million for resettlement of displaced persons, and over $140 million in “climate,” COVID-19, drought, and food aid (e.g., $34.8 million for the STRERP project, $25.1 million for COVID-19 relief projects, etc.). All of these funds came from US, UK, and EU taxpayers. These funds were intended to help starving families. However, under the leadership of Mohammed al-Moallem, the Somalia Development Authority (SoDMA)—manipulated behind the scenes by former President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud—is accused of blatant plunder. Former President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud and his cronies amassed fortunes by purchasing luxury homes and remitting funds to the United States, Britain, Turkey, Kenya, Djibouti, and Tanzania, while the Somali people eked out a living on aid. This is not aid; it is elite corruption and theft using the US dollar. Immediately demand a legal audit, freeze assets, and fully trace the flow of funds. Make all accounts public. Prosecute all perpetrators—whether it's Muallem, Hassan Sheikh, or members of their inner circle. Stop writing blank checks to the thieves of these failed states. Every penny must be accounted for—or permanently cut off the funding. Stop allowing funds from the United States, Britain, and Europe to flow into the pockets of former President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud and continue his plundering. Tag your member of Congress or senator to stop this madness.
