NewLimit, a longevity biotech company co-founded by Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, has raised $435 million in Series C funding. The company plans to use the funds to advance its research and development and prepare for its first drug candidate to enter human clinical trials next year.

This funding round was led by Founders Fund. New investors include Thrive Capital, Greenoaks, and Quiet Capital, while existing shareholders Kleiner Perkins and Eli Lilly Ventures also participated.

Human trials are planned to begin next year.
