Binance: Alpaca Investment Facilitates Global Stock Trading

Binance has announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Alpaca to expand its user access to US stocks and ETFs outside the US. The service offers over 7,000 US-listed stocks and ETFs, with partial purchases starting from $5 and trading during extended weekday trading hours. The stock trading service is provided through an entity affiliated with Nest Trading Limited, regulated by Abu Dhabi Global Markets. Users can fund stock purchases using stablecoins and selected crypto balances, with USDC as the primary stablecoin option, while BNB, USDT, USD1, and $U are also supported. The agreement also stipulates that Binance will receive 50% of Alpaca's order flow revenue.
