Kaspa is a fast, scalable Layer-1 cryptocurrency built on proof-of-work (PoW) and powered by the GHOSTDAG protocol — a novel consensus mechanism that extends Nakamoto’s original design. Unlike traditional blockchains that discard competing blocks, GHOSTDAG allows parallel blocks to coexist and orders them within a Directed Acyclic Graph (blockDAG), enabling high throughput while preserving decentralization and security. Kaspa currently processes 10 blocks per second, with a long-term goal of scaling to 100 blocks per second, offering confirmation times limited only by internet latency. Recently, even MEXC has started supporting spot US stocks, and not just tokenized stocks, but real US stocks directly connected to brokerages, with dividends available. I think this is quite symbolic. Previously, when people talked about RWA, they probably thought it was just about packaging US bonds and stocks onto a blockchain; but now, even exchanges are connecting real stocks, dividends, and USDT deposits, making RWA feel like it's truly becoming a crucial entry point for the next stage of the crypto world. In short: In the future, buying US stocks with USDT, receiving dividends, and then accessing DeFi yields may become a very natural process. So, I recently took a look at KASKAD, which MEXC is currently promoting. KASKAD is a DeFi lending protocol built on Igra L2 + Kaspa L1, not Kaspa itself. Its core concept is quite intuitive: KAS holders don't need to sell KAS to collateralize iKAS, lend stablecoins, and earn APY. In other words, KAS isn't just held and allowed to appreciate; it begins to enter DeFi scenarios involving lending, yield, and liquidity. I recently discovered that @MEXCZH now allows you to directly buy actual US stocks. These aren't tokenized stocks, they're real US stock spot trading, and you even get dividends. I used to be a die-hard Bitcoin fanatic, but after discovering Kaspa, I realized only fools are Bitcoin enthusiasts. Let's talk about something Bitcoin fanatics are unwilling to admit. The Toccata hard fork will bring exciting changes to $KAS. The recent price movements of several cryptocurrencies that have been making a lot of noise: $lab: I checked it manually, and the AI model also pushed it several times, from 0.7 to 6.2, but I exited long ago. $truth: I noticed it around 0.01. It seems like BTC has been pumping and dumping at night for the past few days, and after hovering around this level for a few days, it hasn't broken below 80,000. I feel like my 150,000 target is still attainable. I've been talking about short-term trading, but today I'll also discuss some long-term options, assuming the overall market stabilizes. Long-term: BTC and BNB are long-term holdings, no problem. KAS is planned for long-term holding. The reason is simple: the foundation is working, large investors are working, and the community has been active for many years. The recent launch platform activity, while not very sustained, seems to indicate continued progress. Yesterday I sold Micron and SanDisk. There was a brief dip, but they've basically recovered. I'll buy them back when the opportunity arises. The US stock market doesn't need to be as volatile as the crypto market. Short-term: B was surging several times yesterday, and it's currently at positive rates (OI 54M). However, note that there's net inflow in contracts, but net outflow in spot trading. $lab surged to 7.7 in the early morning, the purpose of which is unclear as I didn't check the specific data. It has since fallen back, still with a positive fee rate (oi90m). Truth Collect is still ongoing; I'm picking stocks with volatility.
